The conference aims to foster interdisciplinary exchange and present the latest scientific advances, manufacturing technologies, materials developments, system integration approaches, and real-world applications in e-textiles.

Late News Call for Abstracts (poster only)

We invite the submission of 2–4 page extended abstracts (PDF format) for poster presentations.

• Submission deadline: 31st August 2026, 23:59 (CEST – Central European Summer Time)

• Please find the abstract template here (for abstract submission, please use this template only). Please read the instructions on the template carefully and consider them when preparing your submission.

All abstracts will undergo peer review. Detailed information about full paper submission and publication options will be announced soon.

Full Paper submissions (IEEE Xplore)

All accepted submissions (poster and oral) are invited to submit a full paper version of their paper for the IEEE Xplore Conference Proceedings. Please use the IEEE templates when preparing the full paper version, which can be downloaded here:

Please note that your full paper must go through the IEEE PDF eXpress Checker before you can submit it via ConfTool. The IEEE PDF eXpress Checker will be available from the 15. September 2026. To enter your manuscript into the PDF checker, you need the conference ID, which will be published here on the conference website once the Checker is available.

All full papers will undergo peer review, and an amended final version will have to be provided before the publication.

Full paper submission deadline for first round submissions: 30st of September, 2026.
Full paper submission deadline for late news submissions: 15th of October, 2026.
Review phase (all papers): 1st of October – 15th of November 2026
Final version submission deadline (all papers): 15th of December, 2026.
