The thematic sessione will take place throughout Tuesday to Thursday. Please have a look at the conference program and the sessions (Design & Fashion, Applications, Manufacturing, Sustainability & Circularity, Reliability & Testing, Research & Technology) to see in which session you will be presenting.
The winner of the Best Paper Award will be announced at the end of the conference on Thursday, the 21st of November.

IEEE EXpress PDF Instructions for Full Conference Papers
The IEEE eXpress PDF checker will be available from the 15th September 2024!
Before Creating a PDF, proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account:
- Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site
- First-time users should do the following:
- Select the New Users – Click Here link.
- Enter the following:
· 63767X for the Conference ID
· your email address
· a password - Continue to enter information as prompted. An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
- Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same
password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Upload the PDF to the PDF Checker, and if everything is ok please upload the final version PDF to your account on Conftool. Please grant the copyright by clicking the corresponding box in the final upload form.
